Very small lot with cars parked every which way. No room to turn around a truck and trailer. The guy at the desk just said park it wherever and barely bothered to acknowledge my presence. To be honest I was worried I was dropping it off in the wrong place. I finally asked one of the outside workers for help and he helped me get the trailer parked without hitting any of the cars in the way. The location they placed it in blocked in another Uhaul trailer and about 3 cars.... The place just felt sketchy and very unprofessional.

No one in the office. The guy next door told me he would take card of everything. They didn’t check the truck in until the next day after dispatch called me and asked where I dropped them off They screwed me over and claimed I didn’t refill the gas where I was supposed to.

U-Haul was blocked in by a car. We had to push a trailer out of the way to get the truck out. also the back of the truck was very dirty. we had to clean it before we could use it. when we returned the truck, staff was not very savvy on customer service

I’ve had to talk to about 8 different people about changes to our vehicles availability, location, timing and PRICING. We agreed upon a certain price and I’ve talked to three different people about fixing it; I’ve followed every step I’ve been told and i still got charged a price i was told i wouldn’t be charged. Vehicle was great, I’m just upset about the steps it takes to get this fixed. Everyone I’ve talked to has been helpful yet it just hasn’t been fixed.
