I wouldn't want to leave my car at the gas station so needed to leave it at the store and walk to the rental.

While the attendant inside the gas station was welcoming, the location is not safe. Unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless and drug users hanging around the gas station and near the truck. Also, the app would freeze and not work initially when I tried to pick up the truck and when I returned it.
Deon ERented from the Heights location and then UHaul switched me to this location. It’s a run down old convenience store in a bad section of town. When I arrived they guy was 15 minutes late and it took him another 30 minutes to figure out how to use the iPad to figure out how to finalize contract - always stopping the process when I customer came in the convenience store to buy something. Trust me. Will be the last time I ever call U-Haul
