I wouldn't want to leave my car at the gas station so needed to leave it at the store and walk to the rental.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhile the attendant inside the gas station was welcoming, the location is not safe. Unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless and drug users hanging around the gas station and near the truck. Also, the app would freeze and not work initially when I tried to pick up the truck and when I returned it.
Deon ERented from the Heights location and then UHaul switched me to this location. It’s a run down old convenience store in a bad section of town. When I arrived they guy was 15 minutes late and it took him another 30 minutes to figure out how to use the iPad to figure out how to finalize contract - always stopping the process when I customer came in the convenience store to buy something. Trust me. Will be the last time I ever call U-Haul
