This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! The fuel didn’t match what was specified in the contract. When I told the person on site, they were didn’t even care and told me to call U-Haul. To make matters worse, the truck was filthy and had a strong cigarette smell we had to clean it up before we could even start. I will never use this company again.

Uhaul has some issues with their system. The fuel tank was full not 1/2. Total BS on the receipt.

Chad HGuy was very inexperienced, took him almost an hr to get it figured out calling 2 or 3 different people, even asking me to COME BAK TOMARROW, I told him I had done made the reservation and I can't come bak tomorrow... lmao... like he just didn't want to deal with me or something.... WORST. LOCATION. EVER... And there's your ratimg... "S" for SUCKS.
