This was the rudest woman I have ever had to deal with she informed me that they don't take return equipment I was supposed to return it around the corner to some place named George's but my receipt specifically had her address on it I even showed her my phone where I had use maps to get it to her. I started to cry and tell her that the truck had not had a full tank of gas when we got it and she's just not her problem talk to your other dealer it she was beyond rude I tried to call the district manager she gave me the wrong number at 1st and when I stood there at her desk trying to call him she had a funny look on her face when she told me she's not giving me the right number so then she gave me a new number and I left him a voicemail because this woman ought not be dealing for Uhaul she was unbelievably rude and unhelpful there was supposed to have been someplace to drop the key there was no drop box I had to drive clear back out there to bring her the key on Monday morning when I should have been at work but cuz they weren't open on Sunday either so Jeff that Lee would never ever ever ever use that location again worst customer service of my life and I've been in customer service for 40 years if I treated my customers like that I wouldn't have a jobMark J.
The only problem was that I returned the the truck but they neglected to give me the code to open the box to put the key in. So I had to drive over 30 miles back to the location to return the key on Monday which was extremely inconvenient. I cked uhaul and they were unable to help me. Also the original puck up location was changed which was farther than I wanted to drive.Lori B.
Was so impressed with the Lady who helped us. She was very pleasant, and concerning the health issues that is going on she took ever precautions to insure that business was conducted in a safe manner. I work at UFHEALTH and appreciate the extra precautions she took.Gary B.
Picking up truck with phone was horrible. Would not use that again. Had so many problems. It was very confusing and time consuming. Would much rather go in and deal with a person.sharon T.

Notified the manager of the infestation of roaches and staff reported that my children and I were somehow making it up because they â€œthoroughly inspect and clean their trucksâ€. Terrible customer service by Jason who claimed to be the office manager and was told that â€œhe's not doing anything about the situation and If I don't like it to call 1-800-gouhaul. I will for sure spread the word about this disgusting rental and the customer service at this facility!Tawnia T.

When you rent a Uhaul Truck you are renting it for 24 hours. We were only given 5 hours because they opened at 9 am and closed at 2 pm. We were told if truck was not back by 2 pm we would be charged for 2 additional because they would not be open again until Tuesday, January 3rd. So we paid for a full 24 hours and only had availability for 5 hours. This was not fair to us at all and should not have been charged for the full 24 hours! I have used Uhaul for every one of our moves including New York to Florida and 7 additional times.Leonard H.

make your software easier to use to enter customers info for people at u-haul. update it. pay a tech.. and step into 2018.. have them make a uhaul phone app for android. so i can put all ibfo in myself. so when i get there.. there is no wait..Steve E.

Office was very cluttered with a damp musty smell. For someone with allergies, even a 10 minute checkout is too long. The staff was very friendly and the equipment was good opporationaly.MIKE H.
