TINA BMany issues here. Not to mention a truck that should have cost 19.99 was charged 40.00 a day with out having anything explained, because I would not have rented it for that price. What a rip off and corporate was no help either.
JULIA CYour company held me responsible to pay 40.50 in gas. I picked it up from at Dave's Mini Mart in Ocala, FL! The gas gauge read 1/4 of a tank when I got in it. Whoever rented this UHAUL truck to me should have walked out and inspected the gasoline tank prior to me leaving! I paid it in full BUT I will NEVER use this UHAUL location again!! They also charged my acct which over drafted my acct!!
JAMES PBox of truck was clean. After renting it I noticed used water bottles shoved under the seat. Floor also had a fair amount of sand on it.
