This location was conveniently located and had enough room to situate the truck upon return. The after hours drop box was a nice touch and allowed me to leave key without worry. No issues with this location. As for improvement, it is with the overall return process. I wasn't aware I needed the Uhaul App to return the vehicle until I read the info on the drop box. It would have been nice to know this in advance so I could have been prepared. This rental overall seemed like a clunky hybrid approach between online, in person, and app. As for the app, the picture taking sequences are out of order in my opinion. It should have the picture of the inside of the cargo area before taking a picture of the back side of truck. This would make sure that people have to lower the back door before moving around the truck. I had to circle the truck again because wasn't sure if I closed the door. Overall, no major issues with my rental just some minor improvements to make the process better. The truck was relatively new, in great condition, and worked perfectly. Very pleased with my experience and will look to Uhaul again for future needs.
