price of service are expensive please try to reduce your prices for few km you pay 90 dollars included the gas
Mohamed AWhen I picked up the truck, the fuel level was already very low, showing approximately 43 miles of remaining range. Because of this, I stopped at a nearby gas station shortly after pickup and added fuel before using the vehicle. When I returned the truck, the display showed approximately 48 miles of remaining range, which was equal to or greater than the fuel level at pickup. I was surprised to see a Fuel Charge of $62.08 and a Fuel Service Fee of $30.00 added to my bill. Based on the fuel level when I received and returned the truck, I do not believe these charges are correct. Please review the pickup and return records, including any photos, inspection notes, telematics data, or fuel records available for the vehicle. I respectfully request a review and refund of the fuel-related charges if an error was made. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Amanda HI phoned and texted before booking online and did not get a response to my queries. On rental day I arrived at pickup time, nobody was on site. I phoned the number and the representative was about 30 minutes away. Apparently the regular admin is on maternity leave, so I understand. But still...because of the lack of contact and late pickup, I had a below average experience. This has not happened at other Uhaul locations I have dealt with.
