The location was much further than the one I booked , I understand the truck I booked close to my house broke down , but why should I pay for extra miles when out of my control?

Very little parking no people there to speak with just a QR code.
Amanda HI phoned and texted before booking online and did not get a response to my queries. On rental day I arrived at pickup time, nobody was on site. I phoned the number and the representative was about 30 minutes away. Apparently the regular admin is on maternity leave, so I understand. But still...because of the lack of contact and late pickup, I had a below average experience. This has not happened at other Uhaul locations I have dealt with.
