I booked this truck two weeks in advance. Two days before my booking date I received a notice from uhaul that my booking had been cancelled and that I have to go to concession which would have put me hours away and extremely inconvenience me. I had to go to the location of the booking and speak with the manager of the big bear to re book my original booking. Just be aware this is the second time this has happened at this location. They double book it and expect you to relocate days before. Not happy. They offered me 50$ to relocate my booking. Didn’t accept their offer and had to go out of my way to get what I had originally booked. Two thumbs down👎🏻👎🏻

I was charged for furniture blankets, which I never recived. be carefull of the extras they may charge and not supply.

The person who was running the Big Bear arrived a full 30 minutes after the store opened and was condescending towards me. I ensured to select the check in option that meant I did not need to use the app, however the check in agent insisted I needed it. I do not have much data and used essentially all of it downloading and using the app, which should not have been necessary given that I specifically opted not to when reserving the truck. Curious how a person with no data or smart phone is meant to rent a Uhaul…

Make selections re: extras more clear (when booking online). I accidentally had extra insurance added when I didn’t need it, and the insurance person agent couldn’t remove it when we came to pick up.

The service was very bad, and he insisted on taking a copy of my bank card. I don't know why. I waited an hour to take the truck. The place is very bad.

Ask operators strictly not to change the order without the customer's consent. It is not appropriate.
