The trailer we received broke down completely in the middle of our trip, leaving us stranded on the side of a busy interstate and requiring a full tow and replacement of our trailer. Our help informed us that we most likely received a trailer that was already on the brink of breakdown, with a U-Hook on the tire that was already broken. After everything, I was told that we would receive a call from this location in order to discuss reimbursement but it has been over 5 days since the incident and no contact has been made.

AZUCENA ABig boy Market is a great place to rent uhaul from. The staff is very nice and welcoming and accommodate you in any way they can. Ozzy was very helpful and quick to make things happen for us with the truck rental. The process was seamless and smooth all the way through and very satisfied with the service. They also have great snack and GOOD food at Big Boy Market.
