They had an emergency. Truck was rented at 9am. The replacement clerk did not show up until about 9:20am. Then he had an attitude because we were asking to get our truck since we had movers waiting. He even said some sexist remarks against woman because I became upset when he threatened to cancel our rental. Overall, very unprofessional. I will not rent from this Bog Boy Market ever again!!!

Robert SThe trailer we received broke down completely in the middle of our trip, leaving us stranded on the side of a busy interstate and requiring a full tow and replacement of our trailer. Our help informed us that we most likely received a trailer that was already on the brink of breakdown, with a U-Hook on the tire that was already broken. After everything, I was told that we would receive a call from this location in order to discuss reimbursement but it has been over 5 days since the incident and no contact has been made.
