Melissa in customer service was excellent scheduling my 2 day return rental but when my father picked up the car at this location they claimed we didn't have a reservation and they asked for his CC. I had already paid for the uhaul with my Cc. They didnt need his and charged it as well. Im very upset with the service from this location. Melissa did an awesome job though and she has awesome customer service.

You didn't give me enough miles for the trip. I calculated the miles from uhaul to uhaul and the 230 miles allocated is only 17 more miles than driving direct. You should give 50 + more miles so I can actually drive to my pick up and drop off locations without extra charges

I reserved 2 dolly's and an appliance dolly. The website said if the equipment was not there, I would get a $50 rebate. They did not have the 2 dollys so I had to move my house items with just an appliance dolly.

I did asked the person to check the vehicle before I leave. He said its all good. I know I did filled the gas. I did filled 7 gallon of gas, when I drove approximately 63 miles. So I didn't give them less than what I got. When I returned the vehicle it had a half tank. After delivery they charge me for gas, which is not right. I'm sure they just want to make some extra money. Very disappointed with that kind of scam.. In future I have to look for other options.

I have the truck for 4 hours and was charged with a cleaning fee without anyone checking to see if it needs cleaning. Will not recommend anyone to because other companies do not charge that for a cleaning unless it is trashed.

Scary!! Bars on the windows. Homeless walking around. Not safe! Bad part of town. Contract had the lower Greenville location as a return address, then when we picked up the truck they told us we had to return truck to Big C Food Market.

The text or email that was sent out to report any damage was not sent to me in time before driving off the lot and by the time I got home, the link had expired and I was worried the entire time about some damage I had found on the truck before it was in my possession.

A receipt to confirm the return of the vehicle. I always receive a receipt at the end of my rental with other service providers. I did not get one with this service. So better customer service is my biggest recommendation for this transaction. Thank you!

The Van I rented was not cleaned. There were spiderwebs in the passenger seat, the cup holder/dashboard areas was dusty and had dried liquid stuck to it and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. Both seats also had hair on them and in the crevasses. Considering our current situation in the world right now I excepted for the van to at least have been sanitized.

Uhaul had some type of animal hair in it and smelled really bad. Had to ride with the windows down and flies was in it. A/C barely worked.

Quite a few small dings on body of truck but all were identified. Cab was slightly messy - as if someone had eaten / snacked and not cleaned up... identified this at pick-up so no issues.

I was charged $25 for cleaning and there was nothing to clean. It was left exactly as I got it. And the location had ZERO parking to drop off so I had to make a spot.

The UHaul app is frustrating. It cuts off chat with the representative and redirects to other screens without prompt. Also, it lagged out several times on a healthy connection. The rental itself was as expected.

I wanted to say that the person who helped me out was great, very nice. I will say that the truck/van that I got was horribly unacceptable in these extreme times. I am lucky that I had my disinfectant wipes (and a lot of them) with me when I went to pick up my rental. There were multiple used water bottles in the cab. I spent, what seemed like a long time, wiping the entire inside of the cab down and the outside handles as I felt it was necessary. I am certain the truck had not been washed let alone sanitized in a very long time!! This is something that I would not have expected from a company like Uhaul, specially in a area of the country (Texas) where cases are on a huge upswing. In fact, On my way to get my truck, I pass a drive through COVID testing location in Dallas. The line of cars appeared to be over a mile long!! So imagine my feelings of concern when I opened the door of my filthy rental, knowing that Texas experienced the highest day of confirmed cases on record just one day earlier! In my mind you have two choices moving forward during this pandemic. One is to do ALL that you can to protect the customers that utilize your services, so they may have the opportunity to be repeat customers. The other is to stop all rentals until this pandemic is over. I actually hope that someone reads this and takes it to heart. My 15 year old son helped me move as I had no one else with me in Texas. I know question whether I should have just left my stuff behind rather than endangering him in your disgusting truck. I was planning on using your services for my final move from Chicago to Dallas next month and I am now looking into other options. Please do and be better!!! Care more about your customers than your bottom line.

Over charged by an hour called the location in advance to say we would be an hour later than originally scheduled was told no problem will adjust time when I actually arrive my was charge 5 hours not 4 and I returned truck in 2.5 hours with more gas than I got it Seems like a big tip off mi will file a claim for credit

This location was in a very bad area. There were a lot of people standing around by the store that made my mom and I feel uncomfortable. The worker got the job done but I hope I do not have to go back.
