First the location did not have the van I reserved. Had to take a larger vehicle. In addition, this location does not offer blankets which I specifically reserved. Not my best experience at a u-haul.

They didn't have the 2 dollys that I rented which made it impossible for me to move everything I needed. They had no solution and did not even refund the dollys despite saying they would.

Christiana lBut we got charged incorrectly, we only had 16 miles but charged for 160 miles which is a lot more cost to us.
Christiana lThe equipment had right at a quarter of a tank of gas. I declined insurance in my reservation and again verbally when picking up the keys, but it was overridden and added anyway. I had to request it be fixed when I saw my final receipt after returning the truck/keys.
