I’ve rented from other UHUAL places before and had horrible experiences between being unable to pick up the vehicle when I reserved it to being overcharged to dealing with rude employees. This is the first time I’ve had such a good experience and would give them a 10 out of 10! The employees I spoke with when picking up and dropping off were super friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend them and definitely will be renting trucks from them again in the future 😃

The individual who helped us was super nice, however they did not have all the equipment we rented and ended up having to purchase a dolly in order to complete our move. We tried multiple different U-Haul locations to find a dolly prior to purchasing one but were told they did not have any available. We switch from the Vans & More location in Hannibal, MO which we have used multiple times in the past and always had a good experience to Big Heads. This switch was suggested by a U-Haul rep who called us after we had already made our reservation at Vans & more. I understand things happen but whenever you are in need of a dolly to move 600+ lbs equipment it can’t be frustrating whenever the dolly is not provide and we were not given a warring prior too pick up.
