The truck wreaked of cigarette smoke!!! Even after we left the windows cracked overnight it still smelled terrible. We have used this location a few times now and the rental process has been really easy. Nothing like the big box stores with tons of paperwork. The U-Haul app is great!

Big Lenny's is primarily a personal storage company that also rents U-Haul equipment. This is a natural partnership that makes perfect sense. The equipment was immaculate and perfectly organized. The counter clerk was friendly and helpful so I was in and out quickly. I returned the Truck after hours and the U-Haul application made that process extremely easy and straight forward. The only issue that I had with the automation was when I originally picked up the rental, I was sent a text message with a "check-out" request, but I did not see the message for awhile, so when I clicked on the link it had expired, with a message to call my reservation agent. I was already driving to the pickup destination at the time so i never completed whatever the text was requesting.
Jeff GReservation was not done correctly. Luckily I was on the phone with wonderful agent somewhere else and she was fantastic. Phone call lasted 51 minutes. The truck should have been a 10 ft truck for $19.95 and I was charged 29.95 for a bigger truck that I didn’t need because there was no key left for me in the box. Also I’m sure the bigger truck used more gas and cost me more to fill up. The back door was open and ramp not all the way in and locked. Very dissatisfied and not impressed.

Charles BGreat towing trailer for the largest of covered trailers. Towed back to TX from TN, and had no issues. The trailer tracked straight and had balanced wheels, unlike others I have seen on the road. Super happy about the convenience and quality.

ROBIN MI paid for a utility dolly and an appliance dolly. Neither were given to me. Since I was picking up via the app "after hours" (2pm on a Saturday) no one was there to correct the situation. I wasted my money and time. Never again.
Chris LDoing this online wasn’t good. We spent 40 mins trying to pick it up with all the prompts trying to get the lock open. Also had to wait for it to get approved absolutely would never book this online again

JEFFREY FI picked the haul up and it was dirty with food and candy trash in it. It was on empty and the man who worked there said “I would have turned the truck in with air to cool it off for you, but it doesn’t have enough gas in it. You will want to stop close y to get gas, it is in E” he was not joking the truck barely made it to the gas station. The truck was old, it had damage on the upper corner of the attic space and the front end alignment was really off, making it difficult to keep in center of the road. The steering wheel had to be held at a ten o’clock position to steer straight.

Randal WAlthough easy to find, nobody was there, I just did the electronic drop off and parked the truck. I did receive a confirmation email. Not the best drop off process, I wouldn’t recommend this facility for a drop off if you have questions or concerns. Not very attentive.
