Everything was great upon arrival these folks were really nice & professional......Then @ my destination I had to find an alternative drop-off, then it got worse, I went to drop it off...Had to spend way more on gas than I should've & was met with an extremely rude employee & I still haven't seen my 25$ refund...?JASON G.

Bad experience. Picked up the trailer the night before; checked the lights in the morning and they were out. Took it back to the place that I picked it up -- they tried to convince me that the lights were fine and not a big deal that the tail lights were out. Horribly unsafe -- can't imagine the liability on that one. Thankfully, my sister was there in the back of the trailer, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to tell -- I was in the drivers seat, so couldn't see. The original trailer that they gave me was in bad shape generally -- it was clear that they just wanted to get rid of it -- and I was going one-way cross country. Ended up having to unload everything from the original trailer to a new trailer -- in the pouring rain. Everything got wet. U-haul guy did not apologize or offer to help or point us to a covered area to unload. Lost half a day. They also tried to charge me an extra day. Called the uhaul center to complain, they said they have no control over the neighborhood uhauls, and so aren't responsible. Neighborhood uhaul just said they have no control over the system. No one was acting like an adult. So stressful. Will not do again.samantha R.

This location was a little confusing. Someone needs to put a sign up on where to actually go to do business. There is a house when you first pull in and a stone business in the back. Apparently you go to the stone business to do UHaul business.JASON B.

This location has limited hours of operation and is not open on Sundays. U-Haul insisted they were open on Sundays. If we hadn't rescheduled for a day earlier, we would have been out of luck as we needed to be out by Monday morning's closing of selling our property.Melissa L.

Create every U-Haul dealer/ location in your data base so that the nearest dealer to your destination is recognized. When I initially contacted U-Haul about our return location the only two that was recognized where three hours to the east and 4 hours to the west. There was a local dealer at our destination and they had to order the truck and car trailer so it could be returned to them and not 3 to 4 hours away.STewert N.

Have no problem with this dealer except truck fuel tank was not full. However the entire u-haul experience sucked. The reservation site gave me a wrong address where truck was to be picked up,after being assured the size truck I needed was available, I was called the next day and was told that I would have to take a larger truck,bigger truck equals poorer gas mileage. The truck itself would not shift properly adding to poor gas mileage, I calculated gas mileage to be 9 miles to the gallon because of this. Two days after I returned truck(which was the same day I rented it)I received a call from a u-haul dealer asking me when I planned on returning the truck,I informed this dealer that I had returned the truck to the renting dealer as this is what I was told to do by the renting dealer,he said he would check and see why he was told that I would be returning truck to him by reservation desk. I did the advanced check in and paid with a different credit card than the one I reserved truck with. My invoice shows they used the credit card I reserved truck with as payment source,the reservation clerk had assured me that this credit card was only used to hold reservation and would not be charged. All in all this was a very frustrating experience. Poor communication between reservation desk and dealers,poorly maintained equipment,and having to estimate how much gas to put in truck to avoid a very inflated fuel charge made this an experience that I would not recommend any one else use this company for a move.david P.

People were VERY nice but not a Uhaul store- it is a cabinet shop that also rents/receives Uhauls. I would not recommend it (to rent a vehicle) over the main Uhaul store in town that has all manner of supplies and a selection of vehicles.Ira L.

The trailer did not have a license plate. The driver/renter is legally responsible for the condition of the vehicle while operating it on the highway. I accepted the trailer and hoped that I would not be stopped. While on the highway, I was directed to stop at a truck weigh scale. The inspector did not notice the missing license plate.dennis B.

U Haul local agents were excellent and caring. The national reservation and schedule were terrible. When you "RESERVE" a certain size truck for your move...you should expect to have that size truck ready on the day RESERVED...to be told the day before loading that a truck is not available but you can DRIVE 100 miles round trip to pick up the RESERVED size truck in another town...is not acceptable. you should not have a RESERVATION page if you cannot guarantee the size RESERVED...or inform the RESERVER of the fact a truck the sized RESERVED is available. No other options were offered but to take a smaller truck or go to another town...that is not acceptable when you RESERVE a truck on line!Paul H.

I called another location (the one near me) to schedule the pick-up. I had no idea my call was being redirected to some other location. When I went to pick up the trailer, it was then I was informed my trailer was at another location on the other side of town. This, of course, through our whole schedule off before we even got started.VANCE A.
I had called to reserve a trailer and asked for a recommendation for my needs sofa, loveseat and queen size bed. Was told on two different occasions that 5X8 would suffice. Needless to say it didn't not and caused damage to the furniture trying to force it in the trailer. Had also reserved a trailer hitch and the location they sent me to did not have them or show one on my order but yet the uhaul place closest to where I lived did have them. Which was the other point you sent me to a location further from my home to pick up the trailer instead of the more convient and better stocked loacation.BRION P.

i MADE THIS RESERVATION ONLINE FOR FRIDAY THE 17 OF DEC. I THEN HAD TO CHANGE THIS RESERVATION BY PHONE THE NEXT DAY FOR THE 18 OF DEC WITH TWO ADDITIONAL DAYS. ON MONDAY I RECEIVED A TEXT SAYING I WAS LATE RETURNING. I CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED AND WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT WAS DUE TO A COMPUTER GLITCH. I EXPLAINED THIS RESERVATION WAS FOR 3 DAYS. AGAIN ON TUESDAY JUST BEFORE RETURNING IT I RECEIVED ANOTHER TEXT SAYING I WAS LATE AT THAT TIME I WAS ON MY WAY TO TURN IT IN. Vance outdoor power equipment was curteous and efficient in ther customer service. I had no problems with picking up the truck they had for me there. I did have issues with the reservation process. I was very disappointed with U-Haul for notifying me by text message that my Uhaul would be ready for me to pick up at a location an hour away from where I originally reserved it. When I called to inquitre about this I was informed that they had no trucks available in the size I reserved in the Bowling Green area. After 2 phone calls and a considerable amount of time on hold I was informed that there was a truck in Bowling Green that "just came in" but it was smaller than what I had reserved. I was given the choice of taking the smaller truck or going the extra mileage to get the one I reserved in another town. I accepted the smaller truck since my ride to get the larger would not have had the time to drive me to get it and get to work. This has been a huge inconvience since the smaller truck was not big enough and I am now having to either make several trips with my small pick up truck or eat the cost of reserving tow behind trailer to get what would not fit. If I had been notified earlier that the truck I needed was not available I would have called Penske and gotten one from them.DIANE D.
