The man checking me out was incompetent and kept changing things from my order, making me wait over an hour on the phone with customer service in order to get it fixed.

jessica wService was good salesman had to service other customers in the store while we waited for the slow internet to process our order. The other 2 U-Haul locations we were sent to didn’t have the size truck we ordered. None of the locations had a dolly available that was ordered. We were lucky that we had a neighbor who let us use his. The whole confusion started on the day of our move, so it compounded an already stressful long day. So before I go to U-Haul again, I may think about their competitors with a hard look. Was not a good experience overall.
