Here’s what I want to say. There was a lot of hiccups in the pick up and pricing. The pricing changed when the app had issues and they had to manually dispatch the vehicle. Also, I wasn’t supposed to pick the vehicle in Chase , it was supposed to be Salmon Arm. However the equipment lock wasn’t opening and I couldn’t pick up the vehicle which led to me driving back and forth twice now. However , all that said I had financial losses for this and I had to dispute the case. I didn’t receive enough help from the team in the area as I suppose they didn’t have the authority or limits to assist me with refunds. It was escalated to the marketing management and Deep Bhangu along with Rashi understood the situation and my frustration really well. They immediately broke down the pricing and helped me with a compensation. This was a break even for me and I have to tell this kind of service was what was expected from the head office or marketing team and they delivered it. I’m happy to have dealt with them and have reversed my losses from the moving. Thanks to Deep, Omaira, And Rashinfor assisting me well and understanding my situation.

WADE AThe gentleman was amazing. I was trying to self drop and he saw me on camera so he got in his truck and came to his shop to help me undo the trailer and be of assistance. For someone to come on their day off on a Sunday and help me because they saw me on camera is amazing service I would highly recommend the Chase location and I will be back.

Douglas Pthe location was great but the fact we originally rented / reserved in Penticton and organized our entire trip around this location was another issue. I was very unimpressed to be called the day before and told we needed to go 3hrs out of our way to pick up the trailer. I'm so unimpressed that I'd appreciate a call back from U Haul head office to discuss further.

PAUL GNothing to do. UHaul has a great reservation system, but you still need people to run it. The Chase BC store is a small one but very well run. I would not hesitate to refer someone to this location where Brian and his sister do a great job. BYW, the UHaul car hauler trailer is a great piece of equipment. Super easy to use Good going.
