Not only did he try to charge me for a dolley and moving blankets but he made my assistant go back to add gas because it was a hair short. Being honest and providing good customer service is something that I strive to provide for my business and is a key factor in who I do business with. I have used this location for all of my moving needs, but yesterday was the last.

The online process was a very difficult process and the keys were not in the correct location. An individual had to bring them out to us an hour later than the pick up time. I would highly suggest fixing this online process.

Left brake light was out. Equipment was jammed into the space so tightly that it was difficult to get out. There is a ledge that blocks part of the parking area.

The staff person at the site was very kind. U-Haul changed the time and location of my pick up without notifying me. The tow dolly did not detach properly. I had to pay for extra time for the movers and have filed a claim with U-Haul but have not heard anything as of yet. I would not recommend U-Haul. I was transferred to different departments about five or six times (literally) and was on hold for eighteen to twenty mins each time before getting a live person. The person that I actually reached at the end was nice but ultimately said she didn't know what to tell me and would leave a message for her supervisor to call me within 72 hrs. So I had to pay for extra time with the movers out of my own pocket bc U-Haul gave me faulty equipment that roadside had to tow to a shop to get repaired. I will not use U-Haul again.

This was not my initial drop off location. I was not familiar with the area and saw this location was closer then the one previously picked. The staff was very nice and helped me return the trailer with no problems.

Had a small glitch in picking up the truck - not the fault of this location. The on-site employee was quick and very friendly in staying after closing for pickup, and even later to resolve the issue.

Tell them not to use smart phone check in option. To many constraints ie: have to pick up exactly when reservation starts, no later, or ability to check in using smart phone is lost. Even after Customer Service modified start time, after waiting on hold for 24 minutes, the App gave me error phone number already in use. Had to wait for store to open which was 2hrs.

The 26ft box truck had a popping noise in the rear differential also the windshield wiper switch did no work unless it was on high when you turned the wipers off the wipers would get stuck in the middle of the windshield instead of returning to the rest position. The truck was a 2006 GMC C-6500

Reservation that I had was going to be a couple days late. They contacted I guess what was corporate and was able to get me in another vehicle that was comparable in size and added car hauler so it wouldn't inconvenience me. Was really impressed with how they handled it compared to other retail customer service establishments.

I recently completed a truck rental for an in-town move and my experience was absolutely horrific. I hope you can help to make this right. Truck leaked rain water all over me while driving, had maggot-covered old food in cabin, smelled disgusting, and the absolute worst part was that rain water pouring in through roof of storage portion of truck completely ruined my $1,100 mattress.? I've filed claim with rep west for reimbursement and still waiting to hear from an agent. However, I absolutely need all rental charges from uhaul reimbursed ASAP for this terrible experience. The location was fine, got in and out at 8am without a problem and the truck was clean and drove as expected. Now, the end of the process was fine, the only reason it was fine is because of the 4.5 hours I had to spend talk to my the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. I will spare the details, saving that review for headquarters but let's just say everything I did online ordering the truck they somehow someway messed up and then no manager or higher would take it upon themselves to correct and just kept spinning me. It would be a cold day in hell before you ever see me and one other trucks again. I'm not a hard person to please, and I hate to say it but I have to this has been one of the Worst customer Service experiences in my life. Do not ever rent from U-Haul .
