brenda HuendoGreat people, have no issues. Only issue I had was lack of supplies. I ordered 2 dollies and 2 dozen blankets. All they had in stock was 6 blankets, that's it. I understand some places don't stock things, but don't let the person order more then 2 days in advance, just to find out the day of that basically none of the necessary additions are there, I had to last minute BUY the supplies that I'll never use again. I was refunded for the supplies not on hand. But i want to make sure that everyone knows, the people are super nice there, just a jacked up situation.

Laura valleThe location on u-haul’s app indicated it was a u-haul truck share 24/7 location. It’s not. I was only able to p/u at the on site business hours since the keys are kept with the local business. Not Truck Share 24/7 not as advertised at this location.

Peng Yuvery bad service. we rented a truck at 4pm and returned it the next day at 3pm. they charged us for 2 days rent. they said we should have returned it the same day. I will report to BBB. Uhaul should not have dealer like bills smoke shop. they will mess up their reputation

Amy ParsonsWhile the site in Sylmar was excellent. We were sent to 4 different sites in a 24 hour period. One site (Ventura) had the courtesy to call us to let us know the truck did not arrive. Another site ( Sherman Oaks) did not call to tell us the truck was broken and not available. We drove for an hour to get to Sherman Oaks to find this out. We were then diverted to Sylmar. The whole pick-up experience set us back many hours during a critical time period.

Michael GuzikThe drop off location did not give me a receipt. He told me I'd receive one via email I never did. I was charged 166.00 which should have only been for gas when I called they told me to call uhaul. As the location in Las Vegas shouldn't have charged me. Horrible experience that I'm still trying to work out with my credit card company. Never again will I rent
