The truck was dirty. The chain (s) to the door were broken. I assume someone would check stuff like this before letting a truck go out. . I was told by the 800 Uhaul #to drive to the Hollywood Blvd location to get the chains repaired. I get there they say they don't have anyone to repair. 800 Uhaul # then offered to have a technician to repair the chains. The 2 guys get there...but they only brought one chain. So they had to wait maybe 90 minutes until the 2nd chair got there. Even the padlock to the truck had the wrong key. In the truck there was a dolley...which I never paid for. Bottom line ...is WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE CHECK THIS TRUCK BEFORE RENTING IT OUT?
