Improve your app. On pick up the app would not work properly. I called. Phone rep states the app had been glitching the entire weekend. Upon return, app would not move forward after I’d taken pictures. Called. Recording stated one hour hold time. Opened a chat. Rep relied and receipt was emailed. Please improve your app. Total extra time spent each day with what should be a straightforward 10 minute procedure via app delayed me half hour each day. On a move weekend, that is one hour of inconvenience

Brandin ALocation was 30 miles from my initial location. I had scheduled a trailer at one UHaul location, only to be told that the trailer was not available. I called the Customer Service Team, who was able to locate another trailer for me in Hahnville, LA. Wasn't the most attractive location but Salesman at location was very helpful and was able to provide me with a trailer to get me on my way.
DAL WAlmost dropped key in the drop box before looking at the drop off procedure, and use of the app. It would be useful to mention at the pick-up location, that if dropping at a location without agents present, the necessity of using the phone app to document the conditions of the return. The App was helpful and easy to follow. I did not use it until the final drop off.
