I reserved a truck and the day before I received the truck I was told I had to go to a different location (Bisolute). When I got to the location they did not have a hand cart or any blankets that I had reserved. So I had to go to a different uhaul dealer to get it. Then of course it only came with 3/8 of a tank of gas. Very unhappy with the pick up experience.
