douglas pooleThe vehicle transport was awesome. We took our time getting to our destination. I checked the traps along the way at every stop. I only had to tighten the traps twice along the way due to the vehicle settling in on it. The truck was swaying a little bit due to the semi trucks speeding over posted limits. My son informed me of that after our first stop. So we just decided to stay below the post speed limits.
Isaiah TatumI reserved a 10FT but was changed to a 15FT which used more fuel. I only had a small item to move, hence my need for a 10FT box. The 15FT that they gave me was making noise. It appears like it has a mechanical fault.

MIKE ARWOODDid not have the equipment I requested to rent. I ordered a furniture dolly but was given a utility dolly that was a piece of junk and couldn’t be used. I requested to pick the truck up in Peru but had to drive an hour round trip to get it in Kokomo. Then I requested to return it to Anderson location and had to drive an extra 15 minutes to Daleville. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.

William KovarI have pictures showing that I used less mileage than what I was charged for, and I didn't get refunded for what I didn't use like they told me, and also MADE sure to put the EXACT amount of gas in the Uhaul that was on my contract agreement and there uhaul guy wasn't there so I had to drop off the truck for him to check it the next day.. Next day apparently they said i didnt put the same amount in when I know for a FACT i did but I got charged for miles I didn't use and for gas that was the same in the truck according to the agreement.. I will never be going back for a uhaul from them.. Worst experience ever, and I feel taken advantage of.
