Justin TidmoreLack of staff caused this rating to be 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars. Only manager and one employee on duty. Had to wait for help and I had to go into the store to get them. I would rather turn in physically with help than use the app. sometimes app does not work properly for me, or I just don't understand the app.

Nathan Turner | Overall ExperienceThis location was great. My overall experience with uhaul was AWFUL. After reserving a trailer three days in advance, I was called the morning of pick up and told we would have to travel to another city 30 min south to pick it up because there was not one in waco. The woman who called who claimed to be a "manager" of the call center offered NO alternatives. No suggestions. No help. She attempted nothing to make it right. I called the Waco store for help, and they helped me find an option at an affiliate. There is no way we could have traveled 30 min (at least) in the WRONG direction to get the trailer that day. We were going north to pick up our son from camp. Temple is south. The phone lady had no sympathy, no emotion whatsoever. I will not use uhaul again. BTW, we have four children and seem to be moving the adult ones all the time (another coming up in August moving to Waco). In addition, we used the "pods" for months while we remodeled. This issue on Friday completely ruined any confidence I had in uhaul. If you cannot keep reservations, do not have a website to make the reservation. There are too many factors in a move to have someone tell you "sorry" the day of the move. It is just wrong.

Tina LylesDidn’t think it was right that U-Haul changed my truck from a 20ft to a 15ft less than 24 hours b4 my pick up time. The local office tried to call me but they didn’t have my correct phone number. That was probably my fault. Maybe they could have set me up with another location that had a 20ft. Oh well Too late. The only real beef I have is they also changed it to a 24/7 Truck Share. The PROBLEM with that is that when you are done on their app with checking in, it is not clear what to do next. There are no instructions on how to get the key(local dealer was not open for business). So I had to call the 800 number again to find out that you have to go to U-Haul.com/share to complete to process. After checking in on the app there should be a very conspicuous button that says CLICK HERE TO GO TO U-HAUL.COM/SHARE TO COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION.
John DemolaThe only negative that brought me down to a 4-star review is that I ordered an appliance dolly, but it was not placed in the vehicle. Without the facility being open until 1 pm, with a pickup of 7:30 am, I had to call and have the dolly portion of my order refunded.

Romeo CasugaHonor the location you say there will be a truck, not 1 1/2 hours away. Give trucks that don’t break down on a busy highway. Corporate offices should be better at communicating with store locations. I will not be using Uhaul again and will tell others not to use them as well. The people I finally got to speak with throughout this terrible experience were very nice but some were not knowledgeable enough about what to do in certain situations. I had 2 locations. The 2nd one was very good and helpful. The first one passed the buck to me!

Pamela LeonardI have no regrets for improvements The location is always clean and well maintained The owner is always on location to assist you in whatever you need . I have visited other locations - corporate stores and would not make the same recommendation for those locations. Shawn is a pleasure to woke with and has restoring my faith in utilizing U-Haul again for my moving needs. Due to his professionalism I have utilized this location 5 time on the last 2 years .

JUSTIN GENTRYYou're stupid app sucks donkey balls. Wasted 20 minutes after moving trying to upload the stupid odometer reading but the app would never do it. Eventually got it running on the web version. Will absolutely shell out the money to hire movers next time to avoid the colossal headache I've been thru.
