Laura RiveroYouTube, the vehicle is fine and so was the service But at the end they overcharged me for mileage. I drove round-trip 36 miles based on my map and stops, and I was charged for 57 miles. When I explained the discrepancy to them, they did not accommodate the change, even with the evidence of the map to compare trip va mileage.

SHARITA CURRYI’m really disappointed for the service we received. We ask for a van to go from Miami to Clearwater and she gave us the wrong quotation for in town rent 20$ then we had bad quotation for mileage and she didn’t know before to accept the right quotation for what we need.
Davide CarlettiI was never told that I had to pay a certain fee per mile and that was a bad surprise when I received the invoice. It is very easy to show a low price with hidden fees but it's not a good commercial practice. I feel like ripped off. However, even like that it was a very decent price so I would still recommend renting there.

ENGLISH ARAPEThe vehicle was dirty. I purchased the extra insurance protection for the vehicle. I had a minor bump on the rear bumper (not enough to cause damage to the truck). I showed the bumper to the manager. she said that there was no damage, furthermore the bumper was previously damaged as reported by the manager on the pre rental inspection. I reported the incident to U-Haul via their insurance website. They after I returned the van I was charged $150 for damages even thou I had purchased the insurance. I emailed the manager about the damage charge and she did not provide me with any explanation.
