everything was great fast and easy. only one thing i forgot to mention to the agent is that while driving the battery gauge was dropping from the regular mark that its suppose to be at. i would suggest that they look at the battery or the alternator before renting the truck again to someone new. but other than that everything was great.Yamileth E.

Owner/operator was very helpful and met me in the yard to uncouple my trailer for me. Plenty of room to maneuver and park my trailer. Generating a receipt was something of a challenge and took about 20 minutes to print out. I'm retired so this was not a big issue for me.Craig W.
The U-Haul 24/7 self service is a disaster! The website kept crashing and had to submit information more than one time. Getting all the way to the end only to crash again. Then trying to call the 1(800) number numerous times only to keep being told there is technical difficulty and disconnecting each time. The owner went above and beyond and came in, on his businesses day off, to assist me. Never again will I do the 24/7 feature, was a complete inconvenience and I lost 2 hours of my time having the truck.Casey J.

The only thing is we could not use the blankets we paid for because they smelled of smoke so bad... the dealer had a bad fire last year so it's not his fault but we paid for them and could not use themRhonda B.

The location was hard to find. There was construction everywhere. Not to mention, once again, We specifically requested a uhaul in Glens falls. We were forced to travel about 20 miles out of our way, and we were forced to pay for it! Uhaul also expected us to travel an hour back and return the uhaul, and you were going to charge us another $25 for that!!Joshua R.

US hwy ave 60-70 mph Dangerous for trailer to travel at 55 mph and trucks / vehicles were traveling at 75 mph. Upgrade trailers to travel at 65 mph for major travel . keep old trailers for local use and travel. gerrygerald K.

I ordered a trailer online to be picked up at Queensbury. Upon arrival, I was told there was no trailer. If you are not going to service the customer, at least inform me that you are not. The Queensbury personnel was very helpful and did locate a trailer for me in Warrensburg, but I had to drive an additional 30 minutes away from home to get the trailer. I was 3 hours late in starting my trip. Personnel told me that 50% of people coming to get equipment do not get what they ordered, and it's due to the Uhaul on line system. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business. The personnel working at the location was very helpful and kind, but the online system is inaccurate, misleading, and stinks.Brian M.

This was not my choice of locations to pick up the trailer, I was notified by someone on the phone the day before pick up that this was the location, the problem being that this location was 10 to 20 miles from where I live and the preferred location I had designated on my reservation was only 2 miles from my home.Kenneth W.
You screwed up our order and didn't have a truck the day before we needed it. We had movers lined up to meet us to help but everything was thrown off because of this. Your â€œfixâ€had us going out of our way to get the truck and then we would have to return to the same location. Not a good business model in my opinion. Don't okay an order if you can't follow through on the promise.Steve W.

I was quite impressed with the effort Mr Griffin gave with a Sunday morning walk in pick up of a Uhaul Van. It was an unexpected need for the van and he was pleasant and came In early to help me . He was very very helpful. Thank you Rob Griffin . I would highly recommend not only the Uhaul services ,but there is a full automotive garage service available including alignments and tires. There is also a full separate Robs motor sports retails store attached. I picked up a part I needed for my snowmobile I've been looking for every where. If you ever drive through Warrensburg New York stop by and See Rob for anything you need for your car ,motorcycle or Snowmobile Thanks again RobDANA P.

I've rented twice in two months on a long move. Both times I rented a 26 foot truck and both times I got to the location to find they didn't have the equipment I had reserved way in advance. This last time I had to travel 1hr 30 min out of my way. I now have to rent another truck to finish my move, cost me more than it should if I had got the correct equipment to begin with.paulette L.
planed for a 20ft truck reserved it 3 days prior,,,went to pick up at 8am ,,was told that my truck was gone < over ride from corporate > had to take what was left,,,,,a smaller truck more trips and had a broken ac unit on a 90 degree day,,,, dealer expressed his side and I said he was not at fault,,,but to the corperate office who to took my truck that I had reserved for the 1 trip,turned into 2,,,,not happyEDWARD P.
