Operator could not access my on-line reservation and when he re-entered the information he changed the reservation and I had to correct it later.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat drop off.......a very easy location to access. Night drop off was great.
William EExcellent service and friendly! Top notch!
Geri LI dropped off my truck after hours,I have been there before and Mr.Griffin is a good guy and very helpful .
DAVID LThe only disappointment was that the pricing. We needed the trailer to move our daughters to college. We needed it for an extended time as they are attending college 12 & 15 hrs from home and it was cheaper to tow an empty trailer home than to drop it off in another state. Probably will find a different way to haul things next year. Other than that it was good. Trailer towed wonderfully behind my Tundra.
