The pick up and drop off were extremely time consuming. We were not instructed on where to park for drop off and there was an RV packed with items taking up one of the few spots. The drop off took much longer than expected due to being told that our reservation was set for the day before, even though our confirmation email, receipt, and the U-Haul app all stated we created the reservation correctly. When we dropped off the U-Haul, the liquor store worker told us that we would check out with him after we already started through the app and then scolded us for following the directions of the U-Haul app. I would not recommend this location to anyone. It was a large hassle the entire time.
