Bobby Dee’s is the absolute best in Stillwater. We have used them several times for our college kid and will continue throughout his time at OSU.

I was met with rudeness and irritation at something that was not my fault at all. I continued to be kind and friendly to this man after waiting nearly 2 hours for the issue to get sorted, and he continued to be grouchy, angry, and rude to me.

Eric BI arrived to return the truck well before 5pm, and there was no one to assist me. I had to figure out the return process on my own; fortunately, someone else was returning their truck at the same time, and she (a customer) was able to assist me. She was also disappointed with the lack of personnel to assist with the return process.

Danyel MOverall, the truck performed well, but a line broke compromising the power steering and brakes which became a safety issue when returning the vehicle. Location was closed even though after listed hours. I called owner to report issues and he said he was not available. I dropped keys in drop box.

Bridget HTalked me into renting a truck that I didn’t need, and drove home to California empty towing a small trailer it beat the crap out of me, also only got 5 miles to the gallon. Found out after that he lied to me, and deceived me just to get the truck off his lot. He also said I needed a different trailer hitch receiver that was shorter then mine, I said ok, he removed the ball off the new receiver and installed mine because his was 2”, my trailer was 2 5/16” after he installed it he demanded I pay $44 dollars for a hitch I could of bought at Napa down the road for $10. He wouldn’t answer his phone after I left, as the truck was so difficult to drive as he knew he played me to get this truck off his lot. He’s a scammer and a lier as I trusted him, and he played me, took advantage of me as he knew I had no choice because I was stuck 2000 miles away from home and was in a desperate situation. DONT TRUST BOBBY DEE!!!! He Will act like he’s your best friend, then stab you in the back!

Martha AThey charged $9.20 for ez fuel sales. I drove 229 miles and refilled the tank with 31.269 gallons. The fuel gauge was reading slightly below the 50% line when I picked up the truck, and it was slightly above the 50% line when I returned it.
