Friendly service
Alan CIt was closed when we arrived. It was supposed to have opened a hour prior to our arrival.

However the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with the order. Please look into the technical issues but overall this location did phenomenally.

I was met with rudeness and irritation at something that was not my fault at all. I continued to be kind and friendly to this man after waiting nearly 2 hours for the issue to get sorted, and he continued to be grouchy, angry, and rude to me.

Eric BI arrived to return the truck well before 5pm, and there was no one to assist me. I had to figure out the return process on my own; fortunately, someone else was returning their truck at the same time, and she (a customer) was able to assist me. She was also disappointed with the lack of personnel to assist with the return process.

Danyel MOverall, the truck performed well, but a line broke compromising the power steering and brakes which became a safety issue when returning the vehicle. Location was closed even though after listed hours. I called owner to report issues and he said he was not available. I dropped keys in drop box.
