Jeffrey SThere was confusion about the availability of the equipment I reserved, which I accepted without blaming anyone and rearranged my plans around it. I was met with rudeness and irritation at something that was not my fault at all. I continued to be kind and friendly to this man after waiting nearly 2 hours for the issue to get sorted, and he continued to be grouchy, angry, and rude to me.
