There was confusion about the availability of the equipment I reserved, which I accepted without blaming anyone and rearranged my plans around it. I was met with rudeness and irritation at something that was not my fault at all. I continued to be kind and friendly to this man after waiting nearly 2 hours for the issue to get sorted, and he continued to be grouchy, angry, and rude to me.

Jamie HBobby D was so helpful and quick to get my trailer hooked up, it was awesome. The trailer towed like a dream. 100% recommend.
Eric BI arrived to return the truck well before 5pm, and there was no one to assist me. I had to figure out the return process on my own; fortunately, someone else was returning their truck at the same time, and she (a customer) was able to assist me. She was also disappointed with the lack of personnel to assist with the return process.
