Be there when we show up At scheduled time to pick up rental, and when we call asking where you are not be mouthy and tell us “oh well” and you’ll be there 2 hours later. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops, because I had other appointments lined up in order to make this work. Very poor service with UHaul

JANELL HBobby is a blessing. This man went above and beyond to help a person in need, a person whom he never met before. My car broke down 900 miles away from home. I was driving from Austin, going home with my wife and dogs. I was lucky enough to come across Bobby who accommodated me with a towing hitch, that he wanted to go pick-up from a location that was 50 miles away. This man even installed it for me. This man might have the best customer service I’ve encountered in my life. I am grateful that our paths crossed when I needed help the most. I’m still blown away. When you have the opportunity to do business with Bobby, take it. He delivers above and beyond
Alexandru CI dropped off the truck last night and my fiancé took in the key this morning since we did not have the option to drop the truck off in Moore yesterday. He had to take the key because I had to be to work before 8 am and an hour away. My fiancé was running late because he had to go to urgent care. I called and made the location aware. My fiancé was treated very rude and was being berated for being ill. I have always had a good experience with Uhaul and everyone other than that location was great!

Mayra GAlthough the web site said the location opened at 8:00 there was no one there. I called the owner and he told me where to leave the trailer. He said they opened at 9:00. Other than that, all went smooth.

Many Aadvise that there are two different lockbox set ups, numbers 1-2 and numbers 1-6.
Samantha CThe owner was great, he was the only one there helping people but was prompt and nice. I was worried they would try to scam me somehow with mileage cost or say we left damage or it was dirty (bad past experience at different location), but that didn't happen. The mileage that we initially quoted was less, so it was a bit cheaper. Trustworthy and honest location!

Denise BIt doesn’t show up as Bobby dees anymore on maps because that place is shut down it says. You need to update it somehow. Kind of hard to know you’re in the right place.

Lynette RI am grateful for the gentleman at this location. He was very helpful. Your app truck share retrieval system not so much. I am not happy about having to wait 30 minutes for approval from you calling my husband to see if I was allowed to rent… then you cut into my time that I was allotted to have the rental. The 4 hours should have started when the approval started.

Lauren BI reserved a 26' truck for a reason of only one trip but instead I got a 17' truck which took more trips which equaled more mileage. Reservations are for a reason not to change them very unhappy with that aspect if the rental. Probably will never use U-haul again unless they can make it right. They can call me @ 918-800-6912.

Brian DThe location that we rented the trailer from was great but we had a 26 foot truck which we were supposed to get and we were denied it and it was turned over to somebody else but would of also had to drive all the way to Tulsa to get it which was a 90 mile round-trip and did not know about this until we went to pick it up at 9 o’clock that morning they checked for other places for the 26 foot and they were not available This created a real problem do to having extra help hired to load By the time we checked for other places that might have one they gave the one in Tulsa away. Thankfully the guys we hired had a trailer and moved us to Amarillo from Stillwater ( but at twice the cost)
