Easy process, but van was in just decent condition. The right blinker was broken. Van seemed in poor maintenance as it said check engine and oil change needed. Would rent again, but was a bit concerned for the Van's conditions.Alana M.

The young lady running the shop was friendly and helpful. She answered my question when I called prior to picking up the truck, and she was quick to assist us. The truck was sufficiently fueled when we picked it up. The only drawback was that the amount of fuel according to the printout was a little higher than what the truck showed when turned on.EMILY A.

It took us more than half an hour as they were verifying alternate contacts as we waited outside uhaul office in the dark. This thing should have been done while registering but they did after we clicked on pick up truck. This left us with 3 hours time instead of 4 hours. So i would not come again.BHARTI T.

I booked through the uhaul website. I have no complaints about the store . I wish that I could have edited my order. I was in a rush and ended up selecting a dolly and furniture pads I didn't need and still had to pay for because the store was closed when I got there -had a late booking . While I am aware it is my fault for not double checking , having optional items with fees shouldn't be preselected if I can't adjust it before check out.Ashley M.
I called trying to schedule a rental and they told me they were going to be closed so I had to do it online. I booked online and went to pick up at scheduled time of 8:00am, truck wouldn't start. Tried calling aupport number listed with no response. Online chat was no response either. On hold for 30+ minutes before I actually talked with someone who told me to book a roadside assistance claim. They told me it would be 90+ minutes. I called support again and the lady was more helpful and transferred me to a scheduling who tried to help me get a different truck. Other truck wouldn't start either... There were people yelling and arguing on the other end of the line (though the guy I actually talked to tried to stay calm). Finally figured out it was switched keys but wasted over 2 hours of my time I was supposed to be already moving and added stress to an already stressful day. Then roadside assistance support lady kept messaging me and still sent repairman to location even after I said scheduling solved the problem. So *I* had to explain to the guy why he drove 90 minutes for nothing. Overall horrible experience with this set-up. Then they want to charge me for entire time??Marrissa N.

I saw a mileage cost online of about $.70-.80 per mile online but when I picked it up it was double. The woman explained it was weekend rates. I saw nothing about that ahead of time. I knew we would be putting a lot of miles on and was very upset. You should explain that ahead of time!CAROL B.

While the service was great, drop off was easy, and the vehicle operated flawlessly it was not very clean it ran well. This did not bother us and our use of the vehicle but future patrons may feel different. A clean interior and outside goes along ways. Overall we where very happy with the vehicle and will be using again in the future.Adam T.

I have rented 2 trucks in the past 2 weeks. Overall uhaul has gone downhill in my opinion. Neither truck was ready with the equipment I reserved. The online checkin app did not work. Each interaction with uhaul locations was not up to par. Calling customer service results in 45+ minute wait times. Uhaul needs to step up their game.Chris L.

First we reserved a cargo van through corporate and they lost our reservation and had to use a pick up truck. The truck smelled and had someone else's sticky trash behind the seat and it said it needed an oil change. Not happy with this rental and we utilize Uhaul just about every week. Please send out cleaner truck/vans for the next customer.AMY D.

Reserved on-line. Pads were $10. Upon pick-up, charged $20. Told the pads were $10/day, since the truck rental was 2 days, pads were $20. Rented from uhaul a few time, never run into this before. Won't go back there. If this is a scam for an extra $10, setting uhaul up for trouble!DARYL W.
