I rented twice in one week from Bob’s 66. Both times the vehicle was clean, I could get what I needed and service was fantastic. I’d go back any time I need a rental. A+.

The front office lady was absolutely amazing with dealing my rental. Even accommodate me by extending it to 24hrs without any additional charge! The only annoyance is the checking back in out of office hours. The app should inform you in advance that they require you to take photo evidence as part of the checkout process. This way it stops you walking away to drop the key off then having to walk back to take more photos.
Peter LBobs 66 was great. The staff was super friendly, the items I rented were already in the truck, and I was given clear instructions on how to drive off the lot and drop off on my return. I would definitely use their rentals again!
Raphael MThe appliance dolly we rented with the truck was broken. We had to stop our move in order to come back and return it for a new one. I was told by the cashier that , "well, stuff happens". Well, it wouldn't happen if you would inspect your equipment prior to renting it. This was highly inconvenient and cost us money as we were paying for help moving and we had to wait to get the right equipment.
