The gentleman at the counter‘s name was David. He had a contagious smile. He was very friendly, efficient, and answered all of my questions. He even stayed a couple minutes late for me to handle my pick up.

For safety reasons snow and ice should always be cleaned off the windows and hood! I almost got into accident on the highway because the truck wasn’t cleaned which is unacceptable!

LUCY HI rented the truck for 24 hours, but it wasn’t enough time. I called the facility and asked them to extend my rental and whoever was there she told me straight up nope the truck needs to be back today at 4:30 PM. Otherwise you will have to paid big fines
