There was no one at the business when we arrived at our scheduled time. The automated service was not what we expected. We had to have multiple phone calls with someone not at this office in order to pick up the truck that we reserved.

timothy sThere was absolutely no one there at 4p.m. that day. We were told there would be until 5 p.m... therfore the return of our 1st truck, followed by picking up the larger truck very complicated and difficult. We had to download apps, go back and forth between trucks, take pictures while on calls, and "update our information" three times! Over an hour later, soaking wet from the rain, we finally were able to leave. Not at All what we expected, or the kind of customer service that should've been given when promised.

CYNTHIA RThere is no review for the issue that I had. All I wanted was a one way trip with a truck but no such service was possible as I was told that the only one way vehicles were the 10 and 15 foot box trucks. I then had to opt to take one of those and I just needed the truck for 4 hours. I was then told I HAD to rent it out for 2 days. This was completely unnecessary and a waste of ~$250. On top of that, you guys called me and asked me to change my location of drop off to better suit your needs and only offered a $25 reimbursement for an hour of my time and personal gas as well as a friend’s time. Worst experience I’ve had with you guys in weird and I am extremely disappointed. I do not plan to work with you all in the future if this is how customers are treated.

BRET HI have already told several people on my street about this place. I will continue to do so. I really liked the owner, Charlie Walsh. He was understanding when 'I' could not get the app to work on my phone. (old phone I guess?) When I need to rent a U-Haul or a storage unit? I will call him. He is reliable.
DWIGHT HLarger signs to help direct people to the location. I ordered furniture pads and received none, and was still charged for them.
