Bo one familiar with the check in process was available. The staff that was there were great about wanting to help, but didn't have the knowledge to do so. When I tried to call Uhaul, the help line could not assist without my confirmed location. I had to take time away from moving to download the app that I didn't want on my phone so I could self check in. I will again emphasize that the drop off location wasn't the problem. It was the Uhaul process that created the problem.
