This was the first time I've ever had an issue with Uhaul. I wanted to take advantage of the 24/7 pickup option and pick up my rental after work around 9pm. The Uhaul wasn't ready, which meant I had to come back the next morning and the employees I spoke to were incredibly rude. Customer service sent my rental to another location, and again when I went to pick it up the next morning it wasn't ready. I spent about an hour and a half total just on HOLD with customer service, trying to figure out why the keys for my rental were not in the lockbox like I was told. When I returned the vehicle, the website was trying to charge me for 37 miles when I only drove 15, and charge me $30 for gas when I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that I got it with which was 3/4 of a tank. I was told I would be getting the $50 rental guarantee for my rental not being ready, and I still haven't seen that. I am beyond disappointed with my experience.Emily K.

Pickup - Very unprofessional, she did know if the van was a 9ft, as I had requested. She ask if I could go and check it, this was clearly her job. She also also did not know about the damaged front passenger side bumper, I took photos and show them to her. Return - Same employee, same results. She could not print my receipt, she could not operate the printer. She said she would have to contact her boss who was out of town. I had to take a photo of the computer screen as my receipt. I had additional questions about my bill, she could not pull my account back up on the screen for some reason. Very poor service....Phillip G.
Pick up and drop off was easy. The quote that they gave me was accurate and worked with me to make sure I got the best price for what I was needing the rental for. Will definitely come back and rent from this location again.lindsay T.
