The trailer did have snow and stuff on it but wasn't to much of an issue. Lady came out and helped hook up the trustee to ensure everything was good to go.

The attendant did not have debit so I have to wait for a cheque in the mail. I would've much preferred a refund directly back to my debit card. Secondly, I don't know why I had to pay for extra mileage when I specifically stated on the original request that I was moving from Edmonton to Turtleford, then returning the truck to Lloydminster because it's my closest rental center. I didn't make any other detours to indicate excessive travel.

Barely enough room to park off trailer , nobody there . Snow wasn't cleared

Arrived after pick up due to a snow storm. Driveway invisible unploughed even a truck and u-haul trailer stuck trying to pick up a dolly. Called u-haul customer service and response was oh well private business. Not preferred location went to this location because truck not available locally. GPS did not recognize the location had to call twice to find the turn off. Very poor location.

The staff is awesome. Charlene is always such a pleasure to chat with and she is very helpful. I have recommended it to a few friends who I believe are using the facility. I have used it in the past and that's why I went back there again this time. God bless

The windscreen was extremely dirty. Fuel was just below half which makes it impossible to get it to that same level. That's unfair. Fuel should be full and returned the same way

Rerouted to this destination. Original reservation was for a different location. (North battleford) Arrived to find there wasn't a trailer available. Redirected to loydminster. Trailer was not roadworthy. Noted later on in my trip that tie down straps were excessively worn and that trailer frame rail was bent with a previously noted sticker indicator

Poor customer service, they threatened to bill me for the next customer's booking if I didn't return the rental by closing. This was not true. I paid $40 for another day rental because I couldn't edit the return time from 10 am to 4 pm.

Clean the unit prior to renting. Inside was clean, but the outside was not. Unit had a filthy windshield and the outside looked like it had not been washed in quite a while (full of dead insects). Only reason I would recommend is if it is the only place to acquire a unit.

Very happy with the truck rental. Frustrating that I ordered a truck for pick up in Meadow Lake and the day before the move I was contacted by u-haul that there was none available. I had to travel to Lloydminster, almost an extra 400 km return to get this truck. PURE B.S.! U-haul rep on phone did not have any sympathy. Horrible business model for a rural community. Could have given me a deal!

I had to drive 250 kms to get the Uhaul I booked over 5 weeks in advance with fuel at 1.98/L and the best they could do was give me 150$ off ? When it cost me 220$ to fuel .Then I couldn't even get a trailer I booked so I had to drive the Uhaul and spend another 250$ on fuel for no reason other then “your scheduling”

I prefer to book with the Uhaul dealers. Your call center is tedious, time consuming and frustrating to deal with.

We used Border City Self Storage for almost 2 years with absolutely no issues. Our contents were safe. Secure. Never disturbed or damaged by the elements or other people. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The facility looks a bit intimidating at first glance however the very first time you learn how to use the space you realize it is quite simple and user friendly. Five Stars. Affordable Locally Owned. Owners onsite.

Worst rental ever, gave us a trailer with a slow leak, had to get it patched in a town middle of nowhere. No running lights on the trailer so got pulled over, break fluid was leaking from the trailer.

No pre-rental inspection. No clear instructions on expected gas usage. Vehicle was dirty in cab and in box including paperwork from 2 previous renters. Ended up overfilling truck by $100 in fuel so congratulations tonthe company for getting to pocket even more than the cost of the rental. The lady at the site was however kind enough to let us rent after hours on a weekend.

Was billed twice, when I only got it once. Was told to bring it back with half tank of gas. Which I did. Iam old girl did it on the app for me. Said I could bring it back after hours, didn't mention late charge. Puts first bill through with fuel charge said it had more than half tank when I picked up. Look up and phoned in to get tax off. Look at my credit card two days later have two charges for rental when I only had it one day. Now sitting waiting on line for live chat, must be sleeping because no one is answering. Not impressed with your service, no recommendations from me, with your representative

Could have a larger trailer. Maximum hitch weight is too low if one was to move heavy furniture. Customers should be informed of that restriction.

It took about 1/2 hour to 40 min to rent the trailer. This was our first time so it was mostly getting used to the system and how things are done there. Drop off was super easy and quick. Next time we will devote more time to puck up being it took so long and we wrre late to our pick up appt. Newbie lessons. Thanks uhaul! Trailer was great.

A few supplies such as boxes mattress covers or exchange boxes would have been nice. I would have preferred the 20' unit booked rather than the 26' upgrade due to added space and extra fuel costs even with getting it for the 20' price.

Recommend checking the inside of the trailers before they get picked up as one of the trailers had two pallets in it when we opened it. Otherwise expire en early was good.

You need better training for call center personnel. i arrived at the destination and called the number at the retuning uhaul location. Whoever answered, think she was at the call center, had horrible communication skills. She wastes 10 min of my time. I asked the same questions repeatedly. She would not answer my question and kept giving me the same answers and questions. I was not impressed,
