Very nice lady at the pick up location. Would rent from her again. On the negative side I feel that U-Haul asks for too much personal information from the customer.

The location is storage area in the outskirts of town so its muddy. but staff is great.
Lloyd NThe manager for original drop off location in St. Albert, Don with five star uhaul was very rude and sent me a very unprofessional text message. I’m not comfortable with uhaul giving my number out in the first place, but to have a random man light me (a 23 year old girl fresh out of college) up for having to change the drop of location due to circumstances beyond my control was really scary and disappointing.
