The customer service is top notch. I'll always goto this location because the service is so great. I don't know her name, but the lady that is the U-Haul representative at this location always goes above and beyond. Stress free, quick and convenient. Can't ask for more.
Joshua MTrailer lights were not working properly. Wiring seems brittle and caused the lights to flicker on and off. This was the only issue with the trailer. Otherwise, everything else went well. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be renting another in the future.
