We had a confirmed vehicle pickup at 8am. When we arrived the location was closed. I called the service number and they didn't open until 9. So we wasted an hour we could have spent packing or cleaning and it also pushed our day back so we ran out of time to make a trip to the landfill.Alissa P.

I am extremely upset by the fuel policy. I picked up the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Seeing as I had to drive several hundred kms, and I didn't know what the fuel economy would be, I filled the tank (costing $210). I returned the truck with 1/2 tank full. Now I fully expect to have to pay for the fuel I used. What I did not expect, and am extremely angry about, is providing uhaul with $70 worth of free fuel. I recognize that there are difficulties with reimbursing for the additional fuel in the truck, and that not everyone will be happy with any policy. But this feels like theft. Not a good way to treat customers.Steven M.

Excellent service. Good attendant person. Before going to pick up the truck, I did my registration online. Downloading the picture of my driving license and payment information. It was accepted by the system. When I arrived to the location I have to do it again from scratch over the phone. Maybe something wrong with the system, I don not know.carlos L.

I booked trailer 6 *12 almost 1 month ago and 24 hours ahead they called me to inform they can't give me that size of trailer, I got mid size trailer so I had to do 2 rounds of trip which was so inconvenient, also when I went to pick up the trailer they had 6*12 trailer still they will not give to me since someone else was coming next day to pick up which was so unfair! Cause when I called they had available, when I went to pick up they had available still they will not give to me! May be they are going earn more money in that , but if that is the policy let us know so will have idea to pay more and get what we want to save us inconvenience! Cleaner proper working well maintained equipment, that particular unit has alot of stuff wrong with it and would be a death trap on the highway , it was alli could do to keep in its own lane intown at slower speeds and someone will end up getting severely hurt loading and unloadingTERRY U.

It wasn't the locations fault , but overall it made my move much harder , I reserved 3 weeks ahead of time for two days to use a big truck cuz I needed it for that long , at one location , I ended up only being able to get a smaller truck for one day not two and was told to get it from a diff location , and when we went on the website of the uhaul location for directions and it took us to the wrong place so overall a poor experience , we had to rush then ended up having to bother a neighbor to borrow his truck for the next day cuz it took two days to move as I new it would be .Shawn B.

We needed our trailer size changed out at the beginning and the lady at the location was so helpful and found us a new one in a few minutes, and then we decided on a different trailer in the end. Everything was good. I booked online. Called ahead. The trailer was there and in good shape. The addentant there instructed me on the different hitch you operate. Hooked up and gone. No difficulties. I do not understand how a business like uhaul does not allow their customers to rent a moving van for an in town move for more than 24 hrs saying that an average move should only take 6 hrs. First of all I would like to see you try to move my stuff in 6 hrs. Second of all the van was not even rented out for the next day and is likely still sitting there? I have worked for a rental company very different from this but the goal is utilization you rent to whomever as long as possible and you do what you have to do to accommodate customers.Brent B.
