I had reached out to the store to make them aware that they made a mistake entering the miles used. I see that nothing has been done about it. The person I spoke to said that he was taking care of it and agreed that they made a mistake. Now I get another receipt showing that he has done nothing. It is very upsetting to be told something and feel like a slap on the face. This is not a doing a good business. I am expecting the store to make the correction before I get my credit card provided to claim a dispute and reach other entities. It is hard enough to make money for a store to take money that does not belong to them. We are talking about over $100.00.

Luciano bI wanted to do a specific full day and reserved it for that and when i got their the gentleman made me do the dollar a mile and i knew I was driving far and had a certain amount to spend. When i told him i didn’t want to do it that way he then told me he didn’t have a truck for me unless i did it the way he said for a dollar a mile, when i reserved it for a specific price to begin with. I was unhappy and frustrated with the situation and bit the bullet and paid what was priced. Do i agree with it? No i feel i was taken advantage of. And paid more than i reserved for.
Stephen EDisappointing customer service. I rented a truck, but when I arrived at my storage facility, the elevators were unexpectedly out of service. I immediately returned the truck and asked U-Haul to move my reservation to the following day. Instead of accommodating the situation, they required me to book and pay for an entirely new rental. I understand the elevator issue wasn’t U-Haul’s fault, but some flexibility would have gone a long way.
