I am 70 yo and after paying the girl told me to go hook up the trailer myself. I said seriously???!!! She said I will do it. It took 3 ppl to lift and put on my truck. Rude, Rude, Rude.

Truck was not in front parking lot, was located a ways away from the keys. Truck had items in back that were not ordered. App kept closing out was at location 10 minutes early it took 30 minutes to get truck.

We dropped off the auto transport after hours, and it was very dark, so I can't really rate about the service there or how the location looked. It was convenient though.

I dropped off my trailer, but there were no "trailer" parking spots available. It was very difficult to maneuver to set trailer in parking lot. I wish the location I had to choose from would have been open the day I needed to drop off. Location was closed on a Saturday, which was not ideal.

Have the owner actually inspect the truck after every use. Was charged 9 gallons of gas for no reason and it cost me around 40 dollars when gas is only 2.80. Total joke of a location for U-Haul and will never use again.

Cleanliness in the back of the truck; there were a couple roaches, so I had to wait to load until they were killed.

Cargo van got great gas mileage. Bradley Barter and Pawn folks were easy to work with. I had read everything online ahead of time so there were no surprise fees. My only complaint was that whoever rented before me had had a dog in the van. Those small dog hairs do not come out of fabric seats. Even after I vacuumed they were still there and they left mud prints in the van. The van was really new and I got over 20 miles per gallon. So I had no problems at all. I would definitely use this location again.

Booked this rental via mobile app. The actual rates were higher than the app. Return locations were not complete. I had to search to find a location closer to me than those given on the app. In short the app needs a lot of work,
