Work on the app. When I went to drop off the van the app said to park it check fuel and put the key in the drop box so I locked the van and put the key in the drop box but then the app asked about the odometer and for pictures of the inside but the van was locked and the key returned, the app should ask for pictures and odometer reading first before saying to put the key in the box

I hate doing work I paid you to do. I hate going to turn in the truck at 3:00 and the sign clearly read open until 6:00, only to find it closed. The instructions were clear, but I didn’t have time to do all of that. I did it and was late to the next thing on my list. You should tell people that they have to do your work for them. I paid over $1400.00 to do your work for you… not happy.
