Did great, she even helped me hook it up.
STEVEN RAn extra charge was added to my debit card stating that I owed more for fuel. However, I returned the truck with more fuel than it had in it when I picked it up. I put enough fuel in the tank before I returned it to its drop off location to leave it with just a little more than it had when I picked it up. The gas tank was NOT full when I picked it up and I took a photo of that as proof, yet I still got charged an extra $9.00 plus. Also, the lot in which it was located for pickup was behind the building in a separate lot. That lot had no lights and it was on a side road. I had to return the truck after dark so I parked it in the front lot as I did not feel safe to return it to the original parking spot. Lastly, I have never once in my 60 years of life left a bad review with any company because I am not one to complain unless I believe it is necessary. I feel this complaint to be necessary because there was absolutely no reason to charge me extra. I had already done what was fair to everyone involved. I hope to never need services provided by Uhaul again unless this is made right. I do right by everyone so I get upset when I am taken advantage of and that is exactly what has happened in this situation. I am not sure if Uhaul is the actual culprit here or the owners of the business where I picked up the truck. That said, if the business is where the problem lies instead of Uhaul, I apologize. Otherwise, please do not treat all of your customers with such bad customer service as I have received. Sincerely, Rhonda Torbett
