The lady that I dealt with was great! The trailer was an absolute pain in the butt to pick up off the ground. There's seriously no manual tongue jack???? There's no reason anyone should have to pick up a trailer off the ground. Unacceptable. Also the inside of the trailer was very dirty. I swept it out once I got back to my house.
