Drop off was very simple... BUT... I was originally told I had to take the trailer 45+ minutes away to drop off. I called U-Haul when I found out there WAS a location in my destination city and we rescheduled the drop off. An additional 1.5 - 2 HOURS would have been HORRIBLE after a 14 hour trip. May I recommend that the reservation pick up and drop off locations are honored? It makes more sense when someone is REQUESTING a location.

The app was not working so the wonderful young lady working there took care of checking the truck out and then when I returned she checked it back in for me. She was the reason renting the truck went smoothly.
