i had a reservation for a 15 foot truck. They provided me with a 10 foot truck. I was still charged for a 15 foot truck. When I arrived to load the truck I realized it was too small and did not have a ramp making my rental worthless. I am very disappointed in the location for tricking me.

SHAE CI paid for everything on line before I got there but it still took a long time to get the truck. We had the truck for around 3 hrs I got an email saying I owed another 381 dollars. After I called they hadn’t checked me back in till a week later and I got charged. After calling them I had to call uhaul. The refunded me 283.00. So I’m still not fully compensated
