Put cameras up to make sure people aren’t siphoning your gas from your trucks when you’re claiming that they’re full to your customers when they’re really not

not so much information..complicated for a simple tool.

And then we had a blow out an hour before our arrival on the turnpike and even we called for assistance someone from Wichita was sent instead of anyone of the 3 cities behind that didn’t have to turn around on a turnpike and it took 3 hours

Lawrence SFor some reason, our reservation would constantly be changed from the Braham location to the North Branch location, which was further away and had different hours of operation. It took several phone calls and some manual entry to resolve the issue.
DAVID OIt was so easy to get our trailer and get moving. And affordable! Very happy.
ELIJAH JEquipment and vehicle were dirty , animal hair in the cabin and on the seats . Dolly's were not clean .

However this rental required the use of 3 locations and 1 was further away than the local U-Haul vendor, required more time and gas for 2 vehicles! The most positive thing I can say is kudos to the local field manager there in the Mora/ Braham, Minnesota area he was great help!!!!
susan wThese trailers should have a stand for ease in hitching and unhitching trailers. A female cannot do this by herself without it. Very inconvenient.

Lee AThis was a great experience... we swept the truck out and had no issue checking out. About a 1/2 hour later we received a call that we left a bed slat in the truck - it was metal and blended in the with the interior of the truck - we were so appreciative this was found and that we were contacted. These are not standard bed slats and would have been hard to replace ..... this was an extra kudos to the personnel at this location as we had no idea it was even missing. Very pleased with our overall drop off experience and thankful for the extra help in finding something in the truck!

The online return system kept freezing and I had to try 2 different browsers on 2 different devices before I could could return the equipment. but the staff at the Braham location where pleasant and patient

DANIEL LI reserved 2 dozen moving blankets and they where not available. I was also disappointed that I had to drive an hour to get the trailer. I was told I could get the blankets from another location, but I was behind schedule and didn't have time to drive around looking for moving blankets. The site was excellent, the driving and hour and no blankets was disappointing. Why give me the option to reserve them if there isn't going to be any?
