The running lights didn’t work, only the break lights did, after we specifically checked those lights with the employee who helped us. And then we had a blow out an hour before our arrival on the turnpike and even we called for assistance someone from Wichita was sent instead of anyone of the 3 cities behind that didn’t have to turn around on a turnpike and it took 3 hours

Lawrence SFor some reason, our reservation would constantly be changed from the Braham location to the North Branch location, which was further away and had different hours of operation. It took several phone calls and some manual entry to resolve the issue.
